I had an issue with my SPARK vest a couple of weeks ago when I thought the airbag didn’t deploy properly. I was really stressed, thinking the vest might be faulty. But when I contacted their customer service, they were amazing. They responded to my email almost immediately and scheduled a call. The technician walked me through troubleshooting steps, and it turned out that I had simply missed one small step when testing the vest. They were so patient and reassuring. I felt so much better after talking to them, and the vest has been working perfectly ever since. It’s rare to get such great customer service these days!

On a trip to my family in Europe, I bought my SPARK vest and brought it with me to Canada. It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to attach the strap properly and when I had a question about the fitness of the vest to my body, I sent a message to SPARK -SMART RIDER through their website and they answered me within a few hours and explained to me how to properly wear the vest. Already on the first ride with it (without any experience with air vests) I realized how comfortable, easy to use and high quality it is.

I took my new SPARK vest on a challenging trail ride on my horse, and the terrain was tough, with lots of jumps and sharp turns. Initially, I was worried that the vest might feel stiff or weighty, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. It moved perfectly with me, allowing me to make quick turns without any feeling of restriction. At one point, I had to lean sharply to avoid an obstacle, and thanks to their special strap that allows flexibility for just such cases, the vest didn’t swell, and I was able to continue riding.

Very comfortable I’ve been using the SPARK vest for a month now, and it’s honestly the most comfortable protective gear I’ve worn. A few weeks ago, I went on a long 3-hour trail ride with my horse, and the vest never once made me feel hot or uncomfortable
